Refund Policy
Refunds are divided into the following situations:
1. Cancel order
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, the bank's handling fee of USD 1.5 will be deducted. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a Contact Us help ticket. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipping. We will not accept cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped. Customer service will handle the refund for you, and you can receive the money back to your original account within 1-3 days after the operation is completed.
2. After-sales refund
If the package you receive contains damaged or missing products, please contact our customer service to apply for restocking or refund. The refund will be returned to the original account within 1-3 days after the customer service operation.
