We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product without any return fee.

Return and exchange process:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representative at support@sunbeamlive.com to request an exchange/return.

Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return request email, our customer service representative will send the exchange/return address.

NOTE: Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our website and indicate the item you wish to return and why. We will respond to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.

Step 3: After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging. Drop off the package at your local post office.

Once we receive your returned package, we will issue a refund back to your original payment account within one business day, or issue an exchange order within 3 business days. Usually you will receive your refund within 3 days after we send it out.

Return conditions:

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear.
Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items marked non-returnable and freebies cannot be returned.
We do not accept items returned without a proper return request.

Return shipping costs:

If the return is caused by the consumer, such as the customer being dissatisfied with the product or changing his or her mind about purchasing the product after receiving the product, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If due to sunbeamlive, the product is damaged or the wrong goods are shipped, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs.

Cancel order

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, $1.50 will be deducted. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a Contact Us help ticket. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipping. We will not accept cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
